You have to understand them, you have to respect the rules while you play on the server. And also, you missed the "trap". When you were asked if you read the rules, you should have said something else, not just "yes". 8. At question from the Admin Application Format, "Did you read the rules?" , the answer must be: "Zm#LeagueCS". This phrase above is IN THE RULES, which you should have known if you actually read the rules. As said, I am against you request for admin. Apply what I have just said above and come back with another request for admin in at least 2 weeks from now.
