Proposal : REMOVE ZM_DUST2_FINAL (game modes map)

detail : I Suggest to remove this map because it doesn't fit our mode at all , it includes only few spots that are not suitable for the gameplay and we can take the example from (assassin vs sniper)  , moreover many players hate it

Proposal: remove map de_westwood_dw_fix (nemesis mode)

detail:  in addition to the bug shown, many players hide and it is difficult to find them. If there are no admins connected, time is lost.

Proposal: modify rule 22

detail: in addition to restart the level to 0, that the player is punished with a permanent ban until another decision is made.. we have had problems with these cases and they always reoccur, players who dont care and do it just to pass their time and sometimes we don't catch them
