Context / Problem: Currently, when a staff member publishes news, there is no centralized way to: Quickly check whether a topic is still open or has been closed, Avoid duplicate posts, Track personal posting activity. I recently received a warning because one of my posts remained open for more than 72 hours — I simply hadn’t noticed it didn’t have a closing date. With an export option, I could, for example, filter all posts from 09/01/2025 and immediately see which ones have no automatic closing date. Proposal: Add an “Export to Excel” function, available only to staff. The exported file would contain a table with: Topic / News Title Publication Date Closing Date Statistics (to track progress) Allow filters in Excel to identify: posts that are still open, duplicates (topics already posted before). Objective / Benefits: Simplify managing and closing topics. Easily track personal performance (posting volume and regularity). Reduce the risk of duplicates with Excel’s built-in filters. Avoid unnecessary warnings and improve moderation quality. I know most people just like to make the post without adding many details, but I prefer to work in an organized way and I don’t like receiving warnings. Whenever there’s an issue, I look for solutions to prevent the same problem from happening again. Best regards .
