@Batman He has a point. One of the reasons many regular players including me don't want to be admins it's because of the regulations. It's just apsurd knowing the player you temp banned will come back and troll others while there's no admins online, even for some players those temp bans are mercy, some of them deserve perma bans, cause they seek the first chance to troll when there's no admin online(even if they get temp banned, they come back and do it again). And many do it, there are a lot of players doing that, the problem is the report system, the average player doesn't know this forum exist, let alone report someone, so the ones who troll just keep doing it. Something has to be changed. The regulations designed for admins are too strict, and outdated, server has a lack of active admins, and the ones that join have to spent their time slay-ing or kicking the same 4,5 players over and over again. I'm not saying let's perma ban everyone who breaks the rules, but the active players and admins know those who want to break the rules asap when there's no admins online, and the temp ban won't stop them.

Stun rifle, and stun effect. I know this a problem on my end but maybe you guys can do something. When I play and get under 60fps, around 30-40fps the stun effect does very little damage it's very slow so it lowers the damage. Just like Phoenix that shoots fast with low fps, Stun does the opposite, shoots very slowly.(With premium and good fps it does around 10K damage but with low fps it can barely do 5K, sometimes with 20-30fps does 3K)

Bug report: There's a cheater that can join with any nickname even with admins nickname by manipulating the steam id confirmation service, he leaves it on STEAM_ID_PENDING and can join with any nickname, he once played with Kitzu's nickname i got banned by me, today he joined with Edo and got banned again but came back again.. Your name: 4NDR0MEDA1999 Proposal name: Nemesis Mode / Maps Proposal details: Remove assault map from nemesis mode, no one who wants to play nemesis wants to play it on that map. When voting comes for nemesis mostly new players just pick a map and don't even know what's about. Every regular player picks either dust2 or donkin. Assault is just too small and not well optimized for nemesis, either vip or not you can't hide anywhere. At least dust2 and donkin have some hiding spots for players. Unless the x4 nemesis are level 1 players on assault there's no chance for humans.

It's all fine, expect the dmg output, 100 dmg(for non VIP players), per shot it's barley anything, 30 ammo = the level 30 gun has +5 ammo and has 99 dmg(talking about pure damage output, of course the M4 is more precise and can bodyshot across the map, which lower lvl guns can't), tornado also a lower level gun has a much bigger raw damage output. We are always firing long rage shots, so aiming for the head for a bigger damage output isn't the best solution and for a gun that you had to get to level 50(Personally took me over 100+ hours of gameplay)to obtain it, I and many others think it's too weak with the 100dmg body shots. At least, if not 200 which in my opinion would be the best option, best because it's really requires a lot of time to get to it, players should be rewarded equally, especially non VIP players that don't have buffed 1.4 damage output, I belive that at least 150 should be the minimum for bodyshots.
