Maradona’s “Hand of God” Goal (1986)

During the 1986 World Cup quarterfinal, Argentina’s Diego Maradona scored a controversial goal against England using his hand. The referee did not see it, and the goal stood. In the same match, Maradona also scored the “Goal of the Century,” making this one of the most famous games in football history.
