╰・Reason:  There are too many injustices toward those who do their work properly, a lack of recognition, and rules that are often ignored.

I have been part of this team for a year and have been active enough to have a clear view of everything that happens. Several situations seem unfair to me, and for this reason, I no longer feel fully at my place within the team.

Additionally, I am not Romanian, which explains why I haven’t spoken much, but I have always shared my opinions honestly and transparently.

I will, however, continue to participate as a player.

I understand your point, but my decision is not against the Nestle Team.
It’s simply a personal choice based on several situations that I’ve been noticing for a long time. I didn’t make this decision suddenly or out of emotion.

I respect the team and the work that everyone does, but I prefer to step back from the staff position and stay only as a player. This doesn’t mean I’m leaving the community — just the role.
