Sadly, personally i noticed that you dont really use commands on players, you pay a little too much attention to the gameplay than the community. For now its gonna be contra, dont take it as a judgement but as a preview of my perspective. Goodluck!

I've saw that you care the server and this community, also i saw that you know rules and you make that others comply with em too, you're respectful and i didn't saw you overstepping your functions.

I would say contra. You are more focused on gameplay, than helping other players, you do little mistakes with helper commands, for example voting maps before automatic server vote, changing to random maps not suitable for player count and not thinking ahead. I just don't think you are ready for a rank upgrade. Good luck
