Rules for making a complaint state: - If you do not have conclusive evidence , the complaint will be closed. You didn't provide what is asking, since YOU are making the complaint, YOU have to provide clear evidence against a staff member, not the other way round!

Please provide full evidence from start to end ( preferably demo/video ). The screenshot you shared does not provide full conversation, only the part where you get punished. For this reason - it's not enough evidence for action to be taken.
