    I'll give you a PRO, you have improved alot from how you used to act with everyone and trying to connect with everyone which is a positive (appreciated) but I feel like when in server, you are mostly focused on playing for yourself more rather than looking out for others so you have to improve this quality of yours and you are good to go.     Contra, judging by your past behaviour, this has been a common thing from you to misbehave and degrade an admin ( also did that to me in the past). Try being respectful as you are a formal admin and most of us when started saw you doing the right thing and be nice to everyone but now you have completely switched and misbehave with almost everyone man.
