Motiv reclamatie: unfair ban

 

Got unfair ban today. Never cheated and being checked by the admins a lot of times. Today admin never asked for the pictures or for the WG.  

Being playing for a lot of years CS so know the dynamic of weapon and bullets in CS. 

Admin asked how I can see him and kill if he is got invisible skin. Definitely you can see enemy when he is shooting. There are lighs when you shoot. And I got luck to shoot him couple times. Then he banned me. Thats weird.

Dintre toți care erau pe server, de fiecare data când ma făceam invizibil fix când ieșeam știai unde sa tragi, și tu zici ca nu ai nimic? Mai faci și intenționat.

Când sunt pe joc ma vezi de peste tot și când ma bag spec sa ma uit pe tine parca nu mai știi sa joci.

Și plus ca aim_ak-colt, este o harta cam larga, am tras un glonț spre voi și instant ai știut unde sunt, asa faci de fiecare data.

Și da, se vad luminile gloanțelor, dar nu mi se pare normal sa trag un glonț și sa știi instant unde sunt. Ti-am făcut un demo dar degeaba, ca atunci când m-am uitat la tine te făceai ca numai știai nimic.

De fiecare data și pe orice harta lunga ai știut mereu unde sunt când eram invizibil.. adică ia-o logic, eu nu am timp sa te vad când ești vizibil, dar tu poți sa ma vezi invizibil, nu? În prima secunda când am ieșit am tras un glonț (doar un glont) și nici sa te uiți sa vezi unde sunt nu ai făcut, ai tras direct în mine.

 Man. you can check me any time with WG or screens. That does not  matter to me. Anytime. I've been admin also at the predator server izlapzla.ru long time ago. same picture to other gamers I had as you do now. but you don't consider my experience which is more that 15 years. I am ok with that. I'll tell you much more. I play without the sound always. Coz I listning news or music. So at your point of view I am a hacker.  when  others call you  a hacker that does not mean you are a hacker. you need to get some proves to ban me permanent. i know all those old map, and know where are the spawn points, and know a lot of hidden tricks how to shoot and you cant see me and player call me hacker (as you know those too). Thats fine, I understand, its always frustrated when you made mistake and ban right player, but right now its a mistake by the admin.  Hard players make some fun at the server. If you going to ban all the tuff guys thats bad for the game.

ce sa postez daca am specificat ca am facut un demo dar degeaba, cand sunt in joc nici nu apuc sa ies ca mor.. si mai zice ca cica joaca fara "sunet" joci fara sunet dar stii mai mereu pe unde ies si mai ales cand sunt invizibil. uite o alta dovada (daca eu joc fara sunet si unu este invizibil de la departare este foarte greu sa iti dai seama de unde s-a tras) te dai de gol singur..

faceti ce vreti. Mihai, daca vrei da-mi sanctiune pentru nepostare in banlist. Dar eu nu dau banuri degeaba, simt cand cineva are ceva!

Si eu sunt un jucator cu o destula experienta dar in ciuda experientei cand e cineva transparent si trage in mine de la departare eu nu il vad, dar alti ca tine ma vad

A, si mai erau momente cand eram predator pe harta awp_map, de 2 ori la rand mi-am luat hs din baza in baza de la tine, si tu ziceai ca ai avut noroc.. foarte mare noroc. eu nu il vad la 50 m si tu ma vezi baza in baza, NICE!

Feeling not a prove. I feel you gave me ban for free, You need to prove that  I  cheated. But I did not cheated.  Show demo so other players and admins can see whats going on. Also you could ask me for the screens and WG but you did not. Thats a bad habit ban without proves. As I said, many time I've being checked by your admins. Thats fair you need to check players for cheats. But also fair you cant ban without clear proves. You might don't like the way I play, but its not the reason you can ban me. 

And as I noted I play without game sound. In case I'll use sound you'll ban me for sure =))  but all this because of the experience. no cheats. never used them. Cheats kills your skill.. No need to react or use your brain.

mda... joci fara sunet desi stii unde sunt toti.. Eu nu am nevoie sa cer wg, plus ca nu am voie, si desi la poze degeaba. Fiindca eram singuru care se facea invizibil si ma vedeai instant. Degraba,

am iesit o data invizibil si nu am tras deloc si ai dat direct in mine (tu jucand fara sunet) lasa frate vrajeala. Nu e vorba ca joci mai "bine" decat mine si de aia fac asa, este vorba ca eu ca jucator daca imi dau seama ca ceva este in neregula nu stau sa fac poze sau sa cer anumite chestii fiindca foarte multi dintre voi va faceti ca nu stiti sa dati sau ca nu stiti ce sunt alea, asa cas apelez direct la demo.. m-am bagat spec sa iti fac demo si ce sa vezi. mureai de fiecare data. iar cand eram si eu pe "live" faceai fraguri de peste tot. Dupa tine, cum pot lua in considerare ceea ce faci?

Hai sa te fac inteles si cu asta inchei tot subiectul!

La inceput de runda m-am facut invizibil si am iesit de dupa perete si eu deabia daca am pus tinta pe voi, voi fiind vizibili, iar tu fara sa ma vezi ai tras direct in mine.

altii cand se fac invizibili de ce eu nu am sanse sa ii vad de la distanta ? Cand unu e invizibil si trage in mine nu am de unde sa stiu de unde trage instant, ma uit peste tot si apoi il vad, dar tu faci invers! Eu tot sunt de parere ca folosesti ceva. SI la fel, daca eu iti faceam poze atunci, cu ce ma ajuta ? poate iti dezactivai wallu cand eram spec pe tine... Hai lasa..

So in the end of story:

1) you banned me because you cant see other guys when they are invisible and I saw you??

-then you need to improve your skills. A lot of admins been invisible at the long distance and been killed by other players. That"s not a reason for the ban. Some times its luck, but most its a skill. Most players are predictable. Your are invisible for 90% not 100%. Its really hard to see, but still you can see. The feeling is not a prove. Share demo, pictures, screens etc. 

2) You started to record  demo (which is good and pretty sure mention at the admins rules code), and did not seen any proves of my cheats. All you had in hands its just my weird behavior when you looked after me.... I'll leave it for the community. 

Dude, dont even have any try to insult you by any chance. But when you ban sm1 as permanent. ( not for the 10 hours or a bit more) you need to have good cards at you pocket.

I know the deal. And its not the right way now.

Next time you'll get some decent proves to cover your back. And it will be the right way to be admin.

I've made the same way in the passed when I was admin. Pretty same case, other guys experienced guys explained me how it needs to be.  You cant threat players because you want it this way... You have to obey admin code.

Dacă ban ul nu este postat și nu ai dovada ,va primi unbanned iar tu avertisment ,totul se face cu dovezi!
