The model was originally unveiled at this year's Mobile World Congress and is now available in select regions. ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 – Basic Setup The standard model comes equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor, 16GB of LPCAMM2 RAM, and a 256GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD.
