Though much of the Roblox community knew this day was coming, and the game has tried to make adjustments to improve the transition, many players are not happy with this change. An announcement was made earlier in 2026 that Roblox would be getting rid of traditional static Faces and switching entirely to animated Dynamic Heads. Despite the backlash from players, Roblox went ahead with its decision, and now the community is mourning what's been lost as a result SOURCE
