Our goal is to make interacting with your crew as clear, flexible, and comfortable as possible while preserving the core mechanics you're already familiar with. The upcoming update introduces 10 new perks—two new perks for each major qualification. All existing perks remain unchanged, with the exception of a minor adjustment to Reliable Placement. The new perks are considered final, though some numerical values may still be fine-tuned during testing. In addition to the new perks, we're also introducing several quality-of-life improvementsdesigned to make crew management more convenient and intuitive. Removing Unneeded Crew Members A new dedicated button in the Barracks allows you to manually remove unused crew members that are no longer needed.
