Proposed Improvement:

Following @TheDude @ LCS suggestion, we propose implementing an “Admin of the Month” badge system. This would recognize admins who demonstrate high activity, effective bans, involvement in the community, and overall positive contributions to the server.

Only détinators and LeagueCS staff would be allowed to award this badge to deserving admins. The badge would be displayed in the admin’s profile and/or on server dashboards, providing visibility and recognition for their work.

Reason / Benefit:

  • Encourages admins to stay active and responsible.
  • Highlights the best-performing admins, showing the community their efforts.
  • Creates healthy motivation and friendly competition within the staff.
  • Enhances the server’s image, demonstrating that active and fair administration is valued.

Additional Notes / Suggestions:

  • Criteria for awarding the badge could include: number of bans, handling of VIP/Admin requests, warnings, community support, and event participation.
  • The badge could be reviewed monthly, ensuring fairness and motivation.
  • Rewards could be symbolic (badge, profile highlight) or practical (special privileges, recognition post), to be decided by LeagueCS staff.

This proposal is intended for server managers and is aimed at recognizing and motivating competent admins.

This is wrong. We are LEAGUECS Community , not LeagueCS Server . 

Each server has a way of doing things for it's best interest.  

I am against it.

Thank you for the proposal. However, the forum side and in-game admin activity are two separate aspects and should not be mixed.

Implementing such a system would not bring a clear benefit to the community and could instead lead to unnecessary comparisons, discussions, and internal tensions within the staff. Rather than motivating, it may create divisions.

For these reasons, we prefer to keep forum matters and server administration evaluated separately and not implement this proposal at this time.
