However, as we mentioned before, changing your homepage in Google or Microsoft's browser isn't as easy as we'd like. But in this article, we'll show you a simple trick that will allow you to make this common change in a snap. All this instead of having to navigate through endless menus and settings options to find the one you're actually looking for.

Most of the time, you'll find a house-shaped icon to the left of the address bar. This gives you direct access to your configured homepage, which appears first every time you launch your browser. Well, the trick you might not know is that you simply drag the address of the page you have loaded in the address bar to this icon to set it as your homepage.

In other words, all you have to do is load the website you want to configure, select it with your mouse, and drag it to the house icon. From that moment on, that will be the homepage of your Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser. Of course, we can repeat this process as many times as needed.
