Next time, don’t try to take us for fools and make yourself look smart. I politely told you to stop abusing the trampoline/jumper, because you were strafing, you were the last person alive, and you were running from everyone while strafing. I didn’t give you a ban because I warned you verbally, but you tried to mock me and act like you were right, and for that I penalized you. Next time you try to act smart, remember that there’s someone smarter than you.

First of all i wasnt trying to make a fool of you,second of all you didnt POLITELY tell me to stop using it you gave me a ban threat without explaination,when I wanted an elaboration you thought i was trying to be a smartass,i didnt mock you,you assumed that i did and banned me because your feelings were hurt you are an emotionally childish mod

I didn’t threaten you with a ban, the founders can verify that. "you assumed that i did and banned me because your feelings were hurt you are an emotionally childish mod" that's life. The emotionally childish mod got power, and you not. 
If you think slowly and don’t know what “don’t abuse the trampoline and strafe” means, there’s nothing I can do, that’s your problem. I clearly explained to you not to strafe while gaining speed, etc. That’s your problem...either that’s how you think, or you’re taking us for fools. Do you think that if you buy VIP Premium, you’re immune to bans and everything else? I’m sorry to disappoint you, but it doesn’t work that way. If you want to be respected, you have to show respect in return, and you don’t show maturity, especially toward players and admins. When an admin tells you that you did something wrong and tells you to stop doing something, it means they noticed something wrong with your behavior.

Rule number 22 says cleary to not abuse it, and from what I can see, it was that case, kinley explained in the first place and then u started to say that is "subjective" , sounds like trying to dodge the ideea and play around the "abuse" term, if kinley says u abused that should be the end of the story and then just avoid what u did, u were trying to argue witch was pointless

First of all, your screenshots (evidence) even no it can't be read it, next time try making better way, Second; Kinley is not a new admin or someone who we have to keep teaching, he knows how to make the job, I don't believe that he just banned you for nothing, that's is so ridiculous like this topic, Third: as Sicran said "we ve rules" and everyone have to respect em in our server.

Kinley isnt a new admin yea sure,that doesn't mean that old moderators cant make mistakes due to being emotionally childish,this all started because I infected him once

You are kinda smart towards the admins and the players, you think you are the smartest one from the server.You don't want to listen to anyone or follow the rules.
If an admin tells you that you have abused something, try not to abuse it again. Kinley did not commit any abuse; they simply did their job as an admin.
The complaint is unfounded!
Do not send private messages to the founders for a simple slay/gag. You have this special section here for complaints against admins.
You can make as many complaints as you want.
Others complaints will have the same answer !
