1. What is your name, how old are you, and where do you live?

Houssam, 31. My family is in Tangier, Morocco, but I’m always moving between France and Morocco depending on my work needs.

2. What’s the best way to start your day?

Moderator LCS - FHISKER

I take my son to school, then have breakfast, turn on my PC, check my work emails, have a quick meeting with the field team, and then manage my tasks and the forum.

3. If you could make one rule that everyone should follow, what would it be?

Be respectful and do your work properly. It’s the best rule to move forward together.

4. What is the most important change you want to make in your life?

I want to manage my time better to be more relaxed and enjoy my family more.

I’d love to master language learning—it’s very useful both at work and in life.

My ideal weekend is spending time with my family, resting a bit, and enjoying free time.

I’d like to change my patience. Sometimes I react quickly and I want to improve that.

The happiest moment was when my son was born. Nothing tops that.

I’d love to travel farther with my family, but it’s not possible yet.

Yes, I believe a little in destiny, but I also think our choices matter a lot.

People often learn too late that time passes quickly and that we need to enjoy every moment.

People of all nationalities work and live in Tangier. The 2030 World Cup will be held in the Tangier Stadium.

14. What has been the coolest moment of your life so far, and why?

The birth of my children. It deeply changed me and gave me a new perspective on life.

There’s no exact age. Sometimes staying home is simply more enjoyable.

The lion runs faster, but the Sagittarius would find a clever way to win!

Respect and good behavior toward others.

I keep a lot to myself, mostly to protect my family.

Because I'm a fan of Henrik Fisker. I added an “H” to make it unique.

Dynamic, well-organized, and with a solid structure.

26. First impression about the community and staff?

Moderator LCS - FHISKER

Very positive—welcoming, dynamic, improving. Some decisions bother me: we shouldn’t lose good members because of a past mistake. Improvements should always be considered.
