The amx_ban/addban command is used only in the following situations: * if the player uses cheat/hack/anti-recoil Permanent Ban can be Isssue. Demo must be made as proof in case the Player Request Unban * if you took pictures of someone and the person in question does not want to give them or Quit the Server Then Permanent ban ca be Issue ( reason no-SS ) * 5-10 minutes GAG for someone who has a disturbing language, if continue 30 mins gag can be Issue * if a player has a gag and leaves the server then immediately enters back, he will receive 30 min gag * If a player uses modified scripts for bhop & duck!!! ATTENTION ! A WARN is given for the first offense or if repeat 2h Ban can be Issue * When an admin wants to give a player a ban without asking for PICTURES or WARGOD, he must have proof(DEMO) in case an unban request or complaint is made to the admin. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. The amx_votemap or votemapmenu command is used only in the last 10 minutes, with the following specifications: * [STRICTLY] From 00:00pm Until 12:00am Europe TIME , only dust2 is played ! * Maps must be changed only if a vote was placed Unless there are less than 28 PLAYERS on server Then Change to Dust2 Straight away ! * The vote is not given before consulting with others ONLINE ADMINS ! - Warning can be Issued ! * Before voting, check the latest maps by writing in Chat /harti or /maps! * The map changes after voting by the same ADMIN that place the vote ! * The map vote will be comprised of 3 maps! it is forbidden to Place a vote for only 1 or 2 maps! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Commands between ADMINS are strictly FORBIDDEN, with the following clarification: * Admins can only be verified by HOLDERS and FOUNDERS . For other ranks only demo is allowed ! * Using slap/slay/nick change in between the ADMINS is no ALLowed * Insults/swears/rasicm in between the ADMINS are not allowed ! * Insults/swears/rasicm Adressed to Players are not allowed in any way ! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. FORBBIDEN COMMANDS DURING THE DAY: * It Is Forbbiden To Use Theese Commands Kick,Map,VoteMap,Timelimit Between 00:00-12:00 * It is Forbbiden to place a vote From 00:00 UNTIL 12:00 ( Only de_dust2 will be played ) * It is Forbbiden to ask a players SS or Wargod and leave the server whitout checking them ! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 5. Usefull Information For ADMINS during the PLAY-TIME : * Use amx_spectate On a DEAD player to place them as Invisible Teammate ! * If a player Report a Cheater ADMINS has the Obligation to Check It As soon as is posible ! * The pictures are uploaded on "imgur.com" or "postimage.org" ALLOW Them 5-10 min to send/upload the pictures * ADMINS are not allowed to use the double-jump to climb the map! - abuse leads to degradation of access or even Remove ! * When you enter the server, play only with the nickname that you have register as ADMIN , even if you have it SET on STEAM-ID * Respect players and admins regardless of rank, avoid arguments on say or amx_chat as much as possible, otherwise you will be sanctioned according to the rules * If you have problems and will be absent from the server for more than 7 days PLEASE inform US to avoid being Removed ! * You cannot have an admin with us if you also have an admin on another server that does not belong to our community. * Problems between admins are resolved on the forum/discord/teamspeak or in private, not on the server * Every admin Must Join TEAMSPEAK at least 2Hours every 2 days while Active On server ! * Admins are required to participate/reply in discussions on the forum/whatsapp/teamspeak/discord * Be an Good Example for other ! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6. Do not abuse the commands amx_slay / amx_slayteam / @t (amx_tsay) / @c (amx_csay) - abuse leads to degradation of access or even Remove ! * slaps and slays of players who do not go to the bomb and camp in the ct-tero base will only be given after second 40. * exception: only applies when a single Tero is left alone with low hp against at least 3 enemies. * exception: only applies when a single Counter Terrorist is left alone with low hp against at least 3 enemies. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7. Admins Obligations While On Server ! * Every Admin must create an account on Forum and Regularly Reply to the TOPIC'S ! Www.Leaguecs.ro/Forum * Be communicative with other ADMINS/PLAYERS offer your support whenever someone ask to do so. * Immediately change names like "fuck Israel" "?" "www.model.com" "server" Write VOTE in console copy the 5 Digits number alocated / ex: amx_nick #12345 "normal Nick" * Look after Cheaters , Respond ASAP to the players when they notify you that there is someone who the suspect of Cheating ! * Do not use Reasons like "fuck off" "get out" "idiot" "stupid" whenever Ban a Player from Server ALL INFORMATION AND RULES WILL BE UPDATED FROM TIME TO TIME ! ALL ADMINS HAVE THE OBLIGATION TO FIRST READ THE RULES BEFORE ACCES GIVEN ! WE'RE OFTEN CHECK ADMINS ACTIONS IN FTP ! WE'RE OFTEN CHECK THE PROGRESS OF EVERY ADMIN !
