Motivul : I’ve received several requests concerning F@NP$ツ. Since it includes VIP Silver, I can’t make any decision without hearing the opinions of the other admins.

 I see him have a A little bit of cods fhisker before make the demo some player's said ( he was a hacker) and when he see that they said it he makes it off you can see it at the first of the demo for me is (wall and aim)

IMHO - player is clean, can see by his game mechanics that he knows what he is doing. 

this demo cant be a proof of cheats.

Look man, to be honest, I've known this player for a long time.

Sometimes I doubt his style of play,

and other times I think he plays well. It's really confusing.

I don't have a clear answer

ANALIZA DEMO

Runda 1: Se duce A sus pe pod prin tunel , face 3 kill-uri si este omorat , primeste rev se duce in B unde face 2 kill-uri - La inceputul runde la intrare in A are faza de Wall dar precizez ca are si reflexul de a cauta in toate colturile !

Runda 2: Se duce A sus pe pod , avanseaza prin baza CT incearca sa faca kill pe un afk si este omorat de alti 2 adversari - Nimic suspect

Runda 3: Se duce A sus pe pod , avanseaza un baza CT unde face 2 kill-uri , se duce B incearca sa mai faca un kill dar nu reuseste - Nimic suspect !

Runda 4: Se duce A sus pe pod , face kill la intrare in tunel si dupa este omorat de alt adversar , primeste rev si se duce in A face kill , avanseaza spre baza CT unde mai face kill pe afk si avanseaza spre mid - Nimic suspect

Runda 5: Se duce B pe la usi pe interiorul cladirii  face 3 kill-uri la intrare in B , iese spre B mai face 1 kill si este omorat - Nimic suspect !

 

Precizez prima runda chiar daca pare wall acolo a verificat sa vada daca este vreun adversar , pe cel din turn la auzit cand a tras !
