Hello, I completely understand how frustrating that is. Getting banned when you're just trying to play cleanly especially over a technical restriction you can't control because it's a work computer is incredibly annoying. It sucks when you have a community of players who know you play fair but a rigid automated rule or strict admin policy locks you out anyway.

About the -Scan- In many European servers, admins use fungun or WarGods Cheat Defender or similar tools. If they asked for a scan and you didn't provide it, they usually assume the worst. When you post your appeal, offer to perform a live scan immediately to prove your game is clean. Good luck with the appeal!
