I don't use commands on anyone (I don't know if this is allowed or not if the admin is AFk) and it looks like you didn't read the rules because you say "the map should not be changed for any reason.". The map can be changed even if the map time is not 5 minutes due to the small number of players less than 15. He too made a mistake for not answering and being disrespectful
