Other details:   If admin think that some player is dirty, he can make screenshots or record demo from him pov as spectator. Imo you have hltv on a server, please give me a link with demo from map css_nuke_winter around 21:00 - anyway i want watch it, maybe i will find some interesting play from me. I'm playing on this map on 50-60fps, with 80-90ping (xD) like a noob and gotta banned by that. That's sad. What's more - why player must download some exe from unknown source to show him innocence? For me it's a suspicious software especially that i must change some lines in cmd. This is completely unsafe for the user. Admin should show evidence (for example making screenshot, record demo etc) because i never had cheats or some stuff. I'm legit player from 2k7(steam 2k9) and now i'm playing sometimes for fun on a 15" notebook, most of time without headphones, at the same time smoking joint or drink jagermeister hah. 

I really like ur server, but atm i felt wrongly accused.

Choose the Windows XP version, only that works correctly. Install, perform the scan, then the link to the report will be automatically saved and you can send it via ctrl+v (paste).
