You don't have clear evidence of what happened. You don't have proof that they asked for pictures or not. You need to take a screenshot of the console showing that they didn’t ask for anything and that they banned you unfairly, as you claim.

Leoo didn’t present the ban, and for that, you will receive an unban. However, for the next incident, make sure you know how to provide the necessary evidence.
