Why do you let every person who pay 5 euro become an admin?

I spectated this guy "BLACKPEARL", he has no CS skill..

 

Why real70r left? After he left you give those noobs admin privileges? They will ruin the server . . 

real70r worked hard to make the server full. Now you let those noob make it empty again?! 

I think I made it clear I don't have cheats after almost an year on the server with all my demos and live screenshare and screenshots
