There are some noob admins who ban Steam players without even taking Screen Shots... That's why the server is almost empty!! 

real70r you have to teach the noob admins how to be admins, it's not possible that they ban Steam players without taking screen shots.

But what do I expect from some noob admins who don't have Steam themselves?!
