Pe lângă premiul de Joc al Anului 2023 la The Game Awards, Baldur’s Gate III și-a adjudecat și categoriile Best Community Support, Best RPG, Best Multiplayer și Players’ Voice. Nici Alan Wake II nu a stat rău, jocul celor de la Remedy Entertainment adjudecându-și premiile aferente categoriilor Best Game Direction, Best Narrative și Best Art Direction. Nominalizările pentru The Game Awards 2023 au fost selectate de jurnaliști de la peste 100 de publicații de profil din întreaga lume, iar reprezentanții acestora au decis, în proporție de 90%, și câștigătorii fiecărei categorii listate mai jos.
