Strange reason to get ''gagged''

[Ultra Chicken]

I was joking around with someone (non-offensive jokes) and once i said the word gagmentation, admin Domuxs11 gagged me for (1) minute, and threatened to gag me again if I ever said that word. 

 

My question is:    Is saying the word ''gagmentation'' goes against the rules?
