Why are you interested in becoming an admin?

I am interested in becoming an admin because I frequently see situations where players ignore the rules or intentionally disrupt gameplay, especially when there is no admin present. This creates frustration and lowers the quality of the server for others. I want to help keep the server organized and enjoyable by making sure everyone plays fairly and by the rules. By taking on an admin role, I hope to support the community and ensure a positive experience for all players + I was largely motivated to write this application after witnessing a rule violation firsthand recently. After that incident, I decided to make this application and apply for an admin position so I could help prevent similar situations in the future and support the community even more actively.

How many hours per day are you available to play on the server?

I recently started playing CS 1.6 again in Staem, and my passion for the game has returned. Over the past few days, I have already accumulated more than 20 hours of playtime. On average, I am available to play around 2–4 hours per day.

Do you have previous experience as an admin?

Yes, Early around 2014, I was an admin on Estonian servers such as Relaxx.eu - It was Estonian community that focused on Jailbreak, Surfs and stuff like that
