unban request, admin misuse of power

I was playing like always normally with my daily skills but the day before, I will spam it by an admin called SHB , to request a wg scan, for info I'm steam player, which mean if I used hacks I would get a vac ban , and who is the stupid that buy a game to play with it and then get a vac ban to never use again.. after that I downloaded the wg app I tried to open it couple of times normal run and administrator run but the app keeps giving me errors, and then I back to server and told the admin that I'm getting error in the app what should I do, then he reply "you hacker hacker ban", and then he banned me without giving a chance to defend because that's unbelievable what the hell.. if I used hacks and get ban it's okay I accept that, but banning a clean player is type of shit honestly.

 

first I write this letter for the owners to see how they react with people because the good admin should not act aggressive with players he should give them a chances talk them properly and listen to their hire, ( rule 16)

this admin is broke the admin rules which says admin must publish the ban at https://leaguecs.ro/forum/forum/11430-banlist-server/ , as its clear from my name that mean he banned me from his mind and thats not allowed ("all bans must be posted with demo proof / wargods picture / screenshot" || "high ranks "that does not mean that he can give a ban without proof, the proof must be in the computer!" ) rule (4)
also , rule 11 which is talk same thing, "Admins who will abuse rank examples" ( aggressive talk , no chance to show feed )

I hope the owner or high ranks sae this message and take an action please

I ask the admin who banned him to come here with an explanation and proof! and stop being aggressive with players or else I will take action on this request!! I know you from the server and I know that you don't play with codes or anything else if the admin complained about banning him without proof he will receive -1 thanks for understanding

i guess his name was SHB/ or something like that, the wargod issue is not only to me, i try to scan in my friend laptop ( also shown the same error which many talks in youtube )
