The sequel to Titan Quest, Titan Quest II, developed by Grimlore Games and published by THQ Nordic, launches in early access on August 1, 2025 for PC, with PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions to follow. It features a handcrafted open world inspired by Greek mythology, and pits players against the Goddess of Nemesis, who corrupts the threads of fate to eliminate opposition.

Early access will allow players to experience the core systems, provide feedback, and see expansions in content before the full 2026 release. With Unreal Engine 5, the game also aims to raise visuals and gameplay fidelity, especially in combat and exploration.
