The game is launching on October 21, 2025 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S after a long and turbulent development that saw multiple studio changes. You will play as Phyre, a customizable Elder vampire awakened after a century-long slumber, guided by a Thin-Blood companion named Fabian.

The game features six playable clans at launch (Brujah, Tremere, Banu Haqim, Ventrue, Lasombra, Toreador), each offering unique playstyles including stealth, melee combat, and narrative approaches. Players can also expect impactful moral choices, smart human Hunter enemies, and a mix of first-person exploration with deep narrative interactions.
