REGULAMENT JOC & ȘERIFI REGULI DE JOC 1. Respect Respectati-va si respectati-i pe ceilalti participanti la joc! Incalcand aceasta regula puteti suporta orice comanda disponibila unui serif. 2. Discriminare Nu se fac discriminari intre sexul, etnia sau religia jucatorilor! Hartuirea acestora presupune kick/ban temporar 5-120 min sau ban pe termen lung pentru recidiva. 3. Nume / Spam / Ofense In cazul jucatorilor ale caror numelor contin reclame sau elemente ofensatoare sau care polueaza chat cu ofense sau spam se pot da comenzi ca schimbarea numelui, avertisment, gag, kick, ban temporar. 4. Gameplay In joc, atat "rush" cat si "spawnkill" sunt permise. Sunt permise de asemena folosirea oricaror echipamente sau arme disponibile pe harta. Harti de_ Seriful "poate ajuta" plantarea sau dezamorsarea bombei, atentionand prin slap jucatorul derutat sau prin slay pe cel incapatanat sau pierdut pe harta. Harti as_ / cs_ Seriful "poate ajuta" salvarea VIP sau a ostaticilor, in acelasi mod. KA (knife atack) Seriful "poate ajuta" fluenta jocului prin atentionarea jucatorilor care campeaza in zone greu accesibile (slap / slay). *Este de mentionat ca timpul necesar salvarii ostaticilor este, de obicei, mai mare decat cel necesar pentru plantarea bombei, astfel incat este recomandata setarea roundtime la o valoare mai mare pe hartile cs_ (pana la 2.5 min, in functie de harta). Puteti atentiona un serif in legatura cu aceasta.* 5. Hack & Reclamatii Suspectii de hack se anunta doar in adminchat(u@). Sesizari legate de hack prin alt mod se considera calomnie si se poate pedepsi prin gag/kick/ban. Autoritatea unui serif nu se discuta pe server! Solutia adecvata este reclamatie pe forum insotita de inregistrarea unui demo. Inregistrarea unui demo se realizeaza tiparind in consola comanda "record <nume>" pentru pornire si "stop" pentru oprire demo. Fisierul se gaseste in cstrike sau cstrike_downloads, avand extensia ".dem". Serverul are sistem anticheat. Foarte putine coduri pot trece filtrul acestui sistem. 6. Unban / Reclamatii Cererile de unban sau reclamatiile postate la mai mult de 12 ore de la incident nu vor fi luate in considerare. 7. Say / Say_team dupa moarte Jucatorul nu are voie sa dea informatii pe say/say_team despre joc daca a fost deja ucis. Se poate pedepsi cu gag de 1-3 minute. Recidiva se pedepseste cu kick/ban. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- REGULI PENTRU ȘERIFI (valabile pentru orice jucator cu grad administrativ pe server) 1. Respect Respectati jucatorii, tratati-i fara aroganta. Folosirea comenzilor fara motive intemeiate sau probe poate duce la downgrade/remove. 2. Verificari hack Aveti obligatia sa verificati jucatorii reclamati. In cazul solicitarii screenshots (amx_ss), seriful este obligat sa porneasca demo inainte. 3. Colaborare Serifii trebuie sa colaboreze si sa comunice intre ei. Nu raspundeti la mai multe reclamatii simultan. 4. Dovezi Banlist-ul nu este obligatoriu. Prezentarea dovezilor in cel mult 24h este obligatorie. 5. Limbaj Limbajul "deochiat" este permis in limita bunului simt. Excesul se pedepseste cu gag/mute/kick/ban 5-120 min. Recidiva: ban 1-3 zile. 6. Limbaj ofensator Limbajul agresiv/ofensator la adresa unui serif se poate pedepsi cu kick/ban temporar 5-120 min. Recidiva presupune ban pe perioada mai lunga (1-3 zile). 7. Conflicte Nu provocati tensiuni/conflicte pe server. Discrepantele intre serifi se discuta doar in privat. Nerespectarea acestei reguli presupune downgrade/remove/ban temporar. 8. Comenzi agresive intre serifi Nu se accepta comenzi agresive intre serifi. Exceptii: probe antihack sau abuz cu dovezi. 9. Acces Serifii sunt responsabili de pastrarea in siguranta a datelor de acces. "Mi s-a furat parola" / "mi s-a spart contul" nu constituie o scuza. 10. Gameplay Rush si spawnkill sunt permise. Regulile pentru hartile de_ / cs_ / as_ / KA raman aceleasi. 11. Cerere serif Raspunsul corect este: "e prea mult de citit" 12. Schimbare harta Hartile se schimba la sfarsitul timelimit-ului sau prin vot (rtv). 13. Discriminare Sanctiuni pentru serifi si jucatori conform regulamentului. 14. Nume / Spam Schimbare nume, avertisment, gag, kick, ban temporar. 15. Ban fara motiv Nu sunt valabile comenzile ban fara motiv clar. 16. Modificari regulament Prezentul regulament poate suferi modificari. Verificati periodic forumul si comenzile disponibile (amx_help).

Ciudat fapt este ca si in anii 2015-2017 la fel facea, am fost luat si in "teapa" de catre acest Radu de la eXtream... ma mir ca a fost aici si ma mira faptul ca si in 2026 face la fel..

Otherwise the sheriff could whoop your ass. 2. No discrimination No discrimination allowed. Country, race, religion, sex, age — none of that matters here. Don’t be rude, or the sheriff could whoop your ass. 3. Names, spam & offenses Choose your name carefully. Do not use advertising names and do not spam or offend other players, or the sheriff could whoop your ass. 4. Gameplay The game is free on this server. Rush is allowed. All weapons and equipment are allowed. However, you must try to accomplish the map objectives. Do not make other players chase you or wait forever. Otherwise, the sheriff could whoop your ass. 5. Sheriffs & hack complaints A sheriff is a player who agreed to spend time making sure the game is fair and players can play undisturbed. He is not an employee at your disposal. Do not annoy a sheriff with multiple requests after you were told that a claimed suspect is clean. Otherwise, the sheriff could whoop your ass. If you think the sheriff is wrong, record a demo and post it on the proper forum section. Demo recording: Open the console and type: `record name` To stop recording: `stop` The demo file will be saved in cstrike or cstrike_downloads. The server has an anti-cheat system. Hackers are a very rare situation. ======================================================================================= FOR SHERIFFS (valid for all players with administrative rank) 1. Respect & responsibility Be nice and play fair. Do not boss fair players around. Do not use administrative commands unless necessary. If you do, make sure you have solid proof. Complaints or unban requests you cannot justify with proof could bring you down. 2. Hacker checks Make sure no hacker is playing on the server. If a player reports a suspect, you must check and inform the reporting player. Due to the anti-cheat efficiency, most claims are wrong. There is no need for multiple sheriffs to watch the same suspect. Sheriffs must help each other when multiple suspects are reported. Ask for another sheriff’s opinion if the situation is unclear. Do not rush with punishments. If you punish a player, keep proof for at least 24 hours (demo or screenshots). Ignoring this could bring you down. 3. Language & behavior Some gang language is allowed between known players if used for fun and without disrespect. Stop it immediately if someone gets offended. Aggressive language or offenses between unknown players must be handled progressively: warning → gag (max 3 min) → kick → ban. 4. Offenses against sheriffs Aggressive or offensive language against a sheriff may be punished with kick or ban (5–120 min). If it continues, the player can be banned for 1–3 days. 5. Conflicts Avoid conflicts between sheriffs. Arguments must be discussed in admin chat or private chat. Complaints against other sheriffs must be made via Steam or the “staff only” forum section. Do not argue with aggressive players. Follow the punishment rules and keep the game undisturbed. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from staff. 6. Punishments between sheriffs Punishments between sheriffs are not allowed. Exceptions: • a sheriff acting crazy and banning/kicking without reason • a sheriff caught using hacks No one is immune to hack checks. Ignoring this rule could bring you down. 7. Access security Keep your access data safe. Do not share .cfg files. Change your setinfo before joining other servers. Inform an owner immediately if your Steam account is lost or compromised. Ignoring this could bring you down. 9. Map change Maps can be changed about 5 minutes before timelimit ends. A vote can start about 10 minutes before timelimit. Exceptions: • map size is inappropriate for player count • most players request RTV Ignoring this could bring you down. 10. Player rules enforcement Player rules (1–4) must also be respected by sheriffs. 11. Slap / Slay usage A sheriff may slap or slay players who appear lost on the map, refuse to complete objectives, or hide/run while others are waiting. 12. Ban reasons If the ban reason is not clearly specified, the player will be unbanned. Always write a clear and specific reason for bans. 13. Rule updates Read these rules from time to time. As reomanda sa fie adaugat chat-ul cum era odinioara, creste activitatea mesajelor si a membrilor zic eu.. spre exemplu mi-ar fi mai usor sa caut oameni sau sa discut cu anumite persoane

Salut, Eu doressc sa deschid "PAD.LEAGUECS.RO" financiar pot si singur dar daca e nevoie cu mare drag accept inca un partener daca doresti putem discuta mai multe nu este neaparat financiar, ma multumesc si cu 5 euro si cu 10 euro dar ma multumesc si cu activitatea ta si partea de manager.

Multumesc frumos, acum tot ce mai ramane de vazut e sa caut o echipa cu care sa creez serverul... ca am si uitat ce si cum mai e... si 2 boost-uri macar sa mentina serverul 15+/32

Ce pret-uri mai au acum boost-urile lunare si ce site-uri recomandati?

Salutare, Poate unii dintre voi ma cunoasteti, sunt pad7rar, am detinut pgl.etc.ro / sau cred ca mai era ceva anormalii (nu mai tin minte) cert e ca toate serverele ce le-am detinut in perioada 2012-2018 au fost TOP10 Romania si acum m-am gandit sa revin pe o comunitate, doar ca singura mea problema este ca am cam uitat cum merg lucrurile...mai sunt jucatori romani, mai este activitate voice? Mi-as dorii sa deschid un server ceva GO sau idk classic habar n-am doar ca in momentul de fata nu mai am habar ce si cum... sau daca se merita... P.S - Caut si staff / fondatori si asa mai departe daca ar fi sa deschid. Voi ce spuneti?
