contra, inconsistent activity. sorry but the activity u have is not enough for pre-manager and its also kinda not enough for elder. side note that i want to add is try to help player instead of fragging 24/7 its alr to frag but try not to tryhard everytime u appear in the server and let other have fun too. what im saying is harsh but its the truth. once again im sorry. make sure to improve ur activity and other thing i mentioned if u want to get upgrades fast

pro for elder, im ignorin ur activity past absent req. ur activity pre absent is good. u play alot and not 24/7 afk so i trust you on helping the server and prevent players from breaking any rules. just try to help player more and not mod too often so that other have a chance to mod too.
