You are decent guy but u have some bad behaviour time to time u use bad words in public chat and thats not good as an admin , u get mad when u get killed or something and u express ur feeling in bad way , also i recently warned u in discord warning channel where u used stupid words in public chat , therefore u have good activity , since my collegues gave u pro i will also give u pro but take in mind u have been 2x warned the next one will lead u in suspend/removal .. take this as advice not as offend.. good luck and pro for moderator

so you said you were busy last week and now youre back and request direct for pre manager , maybe you shouldve played do ur duty as adm this week then request , cuz ive seen u only afk , so in my oppinion this wasnt the right time to request for upgrade since you claim you was busy .. so when you do your duty 100% like others then maybe would be the right time, thats what i believe .
